Meet Ed Hack. He’s an adventure cyclist with a passion for mental health and sharing stories from the rich tapestry of humans that he meets on his adventures. Ed has partnered with Soluna - a free, safe and confidential mental health app for 13 - 25 year olds in California, to spread the word about the support that is now available at absolutely no cost. Border to Border with a few Familiar Faces

Ed’s cycling from the very top of California - at the Oregon border - through the mountains, valleys and cities of the State until he finds his way to Mexico! Along the way he’ll meet many Californians and learn about what mental health means to them, their community and their culture.
Some of the State’s top athletes will be along for the ride - because nobody is on a mental health journey alone - we all need motivation, support and guidance along the way!
